Returns Policy

We very much hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please contact our office to discuss your options.


Incorrectly supplied items

If HPS have supplied the wrong item, we will send out the correct part and collect the incorrect part at our expense.

• You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item

Incorrectly ordered items

If you have ordered the wrong parts, the following rules apply:

• The customer is responsible for sending the part back to our office by carrier on a ‘signed for’ basis or in person
• All returns must be received within 14 days from the date of sale
• All parts must be in the original packaging, clean and be in a re-saleable condition
• No specially ordered parts or items manufactured, assembled or mixed to the customers specification can be returned.
• No electrical components can be returned
• No fluids that have been opened can be returned
• All carriage charges will be paid by the customer
• All returned items will be subject to a re-stocking fee of £18.00. Larger palletised items will be subject to a re-stocking fee of £65.00

Damaged, faulty, or missing items

In the unlikely event that HPS supply a product that is faulty:

• You need to advise us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods
• Photographic evidence will be requested
• We will refund the sale price and the original charge

Credits and refunds

Returns that have met the returns criteria will be resolved by way of either:

• A credit to your account
• A refund to the same card/account number that was used to purchase the item
• A replacement
• A repair

Any credit or refund will be actioned within 5 days.

Warranty

We will endeavour to make a claim for any faulty items direct with the manufacture of the item in question. The decision for a warranty claim will be made by the manufacture. Their decision will be final. Items that have been subject to an acceptance of claim will be either:

• Replaced free of charge
• Subject to a full credit – refer to credits and refunds
• All carriage charges will be met by the customer.
